who is this assessment for?
You may choose to book an autism and ADHD assessment to gain deeper insight into your attention, sensory and social differences. An assessment can help determine whether you identify with an autistic neurotype, an ADHD neurotype, or a combination of both (AuDHD). Given the high co-occurrence of these neurotypes, it is now considered best practice to assess for both autism and ADHD at the same time. The process aims to provide clarity, celebrate your unique strengths, and guide practical strategies to support your wellbeing at home, at work, and beyond.
